About

My passion developed as I studied Industrial Organizational Psychology where I learned about motivation in the workplace and the meaning of self worth. My experience was born out of many years of listening and learning how leaders and employees are motivated while studying the challenges we all face to exceed the expectations of our customers, employees, clients, distributors, and stakeholders. I am seasoned in developing and executing full service and executive compensation programs, talent management, and talent acquisition solutions while partnering with senior leadership. Whether it is navigating a challenging conversation with a key employee or facing an impending claim with the EEOC, my experience and knowledge provides significant results.
